We would like to invite you to support HWP for our 28th Annual Golf Tournament. We hope to make this year a great one!

We are excited to bring our Golf Tournament back this year, after having cancelled our 2020 event due to COVID-19 restrictions.

This past year has been even tougher than most for women facing domestic violence. Woman abuse has become a pandemic within the COVID-19 pandemic as our clients have found themselves in lockdown with their abusive partners, with no opportunity to reach out for help.

HWP has worked hard to support our clients throughout this difficult time, and we continue to need the community’s support as Halton Region moves into re-opening, and our shelters begin to reach capacity once again.

Our annual charity golf tournament is one of the major fundraisers for Halton Women’s Place. We rely on its success to support our 24-hour emergency shelter services, crisis counselling, children’s programs and transition services to abused women and their dependent children.

The success of this event depends on the support and generosity of our community.

Please note: You may choose to obtain a tax receipt for your donation in lieu of recognition. (Canada Revenue does not allow charities to give corporations both incentives). We are happy to do what is best for you!
