At Halton Women’s Place, we cannot do our work alone – we need all of you! We are grateful for individuals, schools, businesses, and community groups who organize events to raise crucial funds for HWP. Whether it’s an in-office project, a home run contest, or a dinner event, we want to collaborate with you and work together to build a safer community for all.

Shine Bright Gala

Wallet to Wealth, a dedicated supporter of Halton Women’s Place, invites you to their annual gala, this year titled the Shine Bright Gala. Enjoy an evening of empowerment with inspiring speakers, a four-course meal, and a silent auction. Wallet to Wealth’s ongoing efforts, through both monthly gatherings and this annual gala, continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of women. Join us in supporting this vital cause and be inspired by stories of resilience and strength.

Royal LePage Shelter Foundation Night Light Walk

Location: Burlington Civic Square

Join us for the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation Night Light Walk, organized by Royal LePage Burloak Real Estate Services. This evening walk under the stars raises crucial funds and awareness for domestic violence prevention, with 100% of the proceeds benefiting Halton Women’s Place. Come together with your community to light up the night and support survivors of domestic violence.

2nd Annual No Excuse for Woman Abuse Fashion Show

When: May 4, 2023
Where: No Excuse Boxing Gym, Burlington

Presented by Vickie Cooper Realty Group, this sold-out event featured stunning fashions from local boutiques and raised crucial funds for Halton Women’s Place.

High-Altitude Challenge for Change

Hunter took on the 2023 Royal LePage Shelter Foundation’s Challenge for Shelter, trekking through the high-altitude terrain of Ecuador. His incredible journey raised $5,176, which he proudly donated to Halton Women’s Place. Thanks to Hunter’s dedication and the generous support of his community, this contribution will help make a significant impact in the fight to end violence against women.
