Superstar Gala

Our Annual Gala is back for 2023!

Each year, HWP hosts an annual fundraising gala event to raise money for the essential programs and services we provide to women and children fleeing domestic violence. These services include not only the operation of our shelters, but also programs like our 24/7 crisis line and chat service, our transitional support program and Learn to Love, our public education program that aims to end the cycle of abuse. With events like our Gala, combined with support from the community, we can keep our doors open for our clients, and provide the critical supports and services they need to live a life free from violence

This year, The Superstar Gala will include the return of Layne, The Auctionista, as our Emcee and Auctioneer! Your ticket includes a swag bag delivered to your home before the event, along with a fabulous cocktail hour, dancing, live and silent auctions, our renowned Candy Bar, and a three-course dinner. Attendees can also look forward to our One-of-a-Kind Ring Draw, with an amazing ring designed just for HWP by Laura Tedesco Jewellery Design. It will truly be an event for all the superstars (like YOU!) in our community!
