Who We Are

Walking for Women & Children

Hope in Every Step is Halton Women's Place's signature annual charity walk — supporting Halton Region's women's shelter and a vital community lifeline for women and children fleeing violence and abuse.

In 2025, hundreds of walkers gathered on November 1 and raised $76,292, with over $41,000 coming from pledges alone. Every dollar goes directly toward shelter services, crisis support, and the programs that help survivors rebuild their lives.

This November, we walk again — because no one should face their darkest moment alone.
